The Induction Training covers two areas:

Regular training can be either in groups or one-on-one. These meeting help keep all the Operators on top of their gardening business. It is recognised that a lot of people who try and run their own business fail. With Eds the chance of failure is greatly reduced by following the proven business model. - Regular meetings
Eds Garden Maintenance is a team business and all Garden Operators are encouraged to meet regularly, whether over a beer, a weekend spent Paint Balling, or deciding the next step in the future of their Gardening Business.
Eds Garden Maintenance works with the Garden Operators and constantly seeks to share ideas to improve the individuals gardening business and the Ed's brand. - Advertising & Marketing
About 50% of the advertising and marketing budget is managed centrally promoting the brand and striving to generate good quality work to its Garden Operators. It's a win win situation with Garden Operators being able to generate more of their own work if they want to expand their business and also have a steady flow coming in.
